Hosting and security
The website is delivered through the Pagescape platform operated by Digiscape GmbH, using Cloudflare and hosting infrastructure from Fly.io and Google Cloud. Technical information such as IP address, request time, requested address and connection information is processed to deliver and protect the site. This is based on our legitimate interests in secure operation and abuse prevention under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providers may process data outside the EU, subject to the applicable contractual data-protection and transfer safeguards.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form or send email, we process the contact details and message you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests, or otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Form enquiries are stored in the access-controlled Pagescape inbox. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential documents through the form.
Form protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect abuse. When the active form loads, Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection information for this purpose. This protects enquiries against automated misuse and is separate from advertising and audience measurement. Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Cookies and measurement
This version uses no analytics or advertising trackers and loads no embedded social-media content. It sets no optional analytics cookies for the page content. Necessary security functions may operate independently. There is therefore no consent banner for optional statistics.
Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to address them, maintain a subsequent business relationship or meet legal retention requirements. Data that is no longer required is deleted. Technical security information is retained only for its stated purpose.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Exali AG insurance seal
This site embeds the insurance seal supplied by Exali AG. The image is loaded from Exali servers, which process your IP address and technical browser and connection information to deliver it. Clicking the seal leaves our website and opens the insurance profile at Exali. The legal basis for embedding the seal is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Its purpose and our legitimate interest are to provide transparent evidence of our professional liability insurance and present the associated insurance information clearly.
